Best of 2010 Amusing Scenes in China Subway

Best of 2010: Amusing Scenes in China Subway
There are lots of interesting stuff happening in China subway trains and stations everyday, and here are the most amusing scenes we have seen in 2010. We really like all of them.
In Nanjing subway, all passengers were stunned when a hot chick was performing pole dancing in the train. This girl had given a name called “Miss Pole” after performing a couple of pole dancing moves but she was stopped by the staffs of the subway since her actions would disturb the passengers.

Geeks, you have to see this. Could you imagine 16 hot chicks showing off their beautiful legs in the train, with 32 World Cup flags drawn on their feets? Yes, this happened in Shenzhen subway. Some geeks on the train were attracted to this amazing view, and they tried to get closer to meet these hot chicks…

We all love the Lady Gaga, and this Chinese guy/girl showed his/her support by dressing and dancing like Gaga in the Guangzhou subway train. What’s more, there are two Chinese fellows showing their support of Lady Gaga by wearing “insane” costume in the train. It’s Gaga fever!

We found a great number of people in subway not behaving as usual, so here we have a wholesome of photos showing the “uncivilized” behavior of the Chinese on the Shanghai subway… They look phenomenal.

Have you ever imagine a group of pretty ladies striping on a subway? Actually, this is a promotion of environmental protection. However, a man was not happy about it.

Even though the iPhone 4 is for sale in China through legitimate channels, there’s a short enough supply that smuggling the devices in from Hong Kong is still big business. Especially, it seems, for these two ladies on a subway, busy packing dozens of iPhone 4s into their backpacks. Incredible.

In Shanghai subway stations, fresh crabs can be bought through a vending machine. You might already come up with an issue straight away, is the crab fresh? The company claimed those crabs are kept in the machine at 5-10 degrees Celsius, just to make sure the crabs are in a state of hibernation. Moreover, they will have staffs to check on those machine 3-4 times each day. If there’s any bad crabs were bought by people, they can ring up the company for compensation. The most funny thing is these crabs are guaranteed for freshness, and a sign on the machine states that if your crab is dead, you get three free ones for your trouble.

Here’s an odd fellow getting monitored by subway staffs while showing off harmless Kung Fu moves on the subway with lots of passengers around. This troublemaker made funny noises like “Da da da..” to synchronize with his moves, and he even tried to incite the staffs, by saying “If you let me give you a punch, I will let you hit me for 100 times”, and he even used his towel as weapon…

This happened in Guangzhou subway. A foreigner caused a group of Chinese passengers to get mad on his rude behavior on a subway, so he got beaten up.

2010 was a great year for the amusing scenes on China subway, and these are some of the most interesting stories we have reported. Hope you like it and feel free to leave a comment to tell us what you think.

Nexus S vs Nexus One

Nexus S vs Nexus One

The Nexus S vs. Nexus One are both flagship devices from Google, although the Nexus One was the hot phone a very long time ago. Actually, the Nexus One was launched around the world throughout the first half of 2010. Nevertheless, let us take a look and see what the main differences are between the two devices.

Firstly, the Nexus S has a slightly larger screen at 4.0-inches, whereas the Nexus One has a 3.7-inch screen. The Nexus One comes with Android 2.1 (now 2.2) and the Nexus S comes with Android 2.3 out of the box. Of course, the Android OS is usually upgradeable, so we would expect that eventually both devices would use the same OS version, whether by design or by user contribution.

The key differences would then be in the camera and in the onboard memory. The Nexus One, being the earlier device, has a 5-megapixel camera while the Nexus S has an 8-megapixel camera.

However, it is in the onboard memory where the Nexus S really outdoes the Nexus One. The Nexus One has 512 MBs of memory whereas the Nexus S has a whopping 16GB of memory, outdoing the earlier model by a factor of 32.

Other interesting facts about the Nexus devices

It is interesting to note that the Nexus One was manufactured by HTC of Taiwan and was at one time codenamed the HTC Passion. There is an ongoing lawsuit by Apple against HTC which involves the Nexus One.

There are two versions of the Nexus One, with the difference being in the UMTS frequencies that either version can access. The Nexus One uses a 1 GHz Qualcomm QSD 8250 processor while the Nexus S uses a 1 GHz Samsung Hummingbird S5PC110 (ARM Cortex A8) processor
The Nexus S is manufactured by Samsung of Korea and is the first Android device to support NFC in both hardware and software.

It is interesting to note that both devices started out at the same introductory price of USD 529 for an unlocked device, but it would be reasonable to expect that the Nexus One will devalue at a quicker rate than the Nexus S since the Nexus One is after all, the older model.

The Nexus S is the world first mobile phone to feature a 4-inch Contour Display. Its unique design and curved display make it easy to use while the powerful 1GHz application processor combined with the newest version of Android 2.3 or ingerbread means users will enjoy one of the fastest and most seamless user experiences available. The combined Flash and HTML5 technology means internet browsing is high-speed and sophisticated.
